Yes, all Wellington Apothecary products are formulated with plant-based ingredients, pure essential oils, and botanical extracts. We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, or sulfates.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 10-15 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a refill program?
Sustainability is at our core. We offer a refill service for our glass bottles at our physical boutique and are currently developing a mail-in refill program for our online customers.
What is your return policy?
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare. However, if your item arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. We are a strictly cruelty-free brand. All our products are tested on willing humans, and we ensure our ingredient suppliers adhere to the same ethical standards.
Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
While our ingredients are gentle, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full use, especially if you have known botanical allergies.
